At WINA, our ‘modus operandi’ is to transform the student’s experience of and attitude to learning by putting the student in the ‘driving seat.’ Hypothetically speaking, we take the student on an incredible motivational learning journey, introducing the destination, the vehicle, the route, the road hazards, and then agree the starting point.

Holding a BSc (Hons) in Applied Physics/Electronics and an MBA in Information Technology & Management, she combines technical knowledge with managerial skills. Mrs. Laditi’s commitment to education is demonstrated through a PGCE with a focus on Secondary Science and the NCFE Tutors & Trainers Certificate. With a decade of teaching across diverse settings and roles as a former AQA GCSE Examiner and current Edexcel GCSE Examiner, she brings practical knowledge to her leadership at WINA Tutorial College. Mrs. Laditi’s extensive background and visionary leadership underscore her dedication to providing students with a transformative educational journey.

Mr. Lanre Laditi, the Executive Director at WINA Tutorial College, brings a wealth of expertise in finance, insurance, and education.
