Private Tuition Fees 2026–2027
A Simpler Tuition Fee Structure
WINA’s tuition fees have been reorganised to make them easier for families to understand. The underlying fees remain unchanged. Rather than repeating the same price for each individual subject, fees are grouped by level, format and delivery method.

What Tuition Includes
Teaching delivered by a suitable subject tutor • Personalised support based on the learner’s level and goals • Structured lesson planning • Targeted topic support and skills development • Exam-focused practice where relevant • Progress feedback and communication where appropriate • Access to learning resources used within the tuition programme
Tuition vs College Provision
These prices apply to supplementary private tuition for additional academic support, subject tuition, exam preparation or targeted intervention. Private tuition is not the same as enrolment onto a WINA College programme. College programmes involve wider planned pathways, structured timetables, assessment, progress reporting, pastoral support and broader programme oversight, so college fees are published separately.
Group Tuition Clarification
GCSE small-group tuition is normally delivered in groups of up to four learners. Other group sizes may vary depending on the programme, subject and learner needs. A group class may require a minimum number of confirmed learners before it can begin. If a group does not reach the minimum viable number, WINA may offer an alternative group, one-to-one tuition or a revised start date.
Important Fee Notes
All tuition is subject to tutor availability and suitability. Prices are per learner, per hour, unless expressly stated otherwise. Where a price range is shown, the final rate depends on the learner’s level, subject, tutor specialism and delivery requirements. Specialist subjects and highly specialised support may be quoted separately. Online and in-person availability may vary by centre. Examination entry fees are not included unless expressly stated.
VAT, Means-Tested Bursary & Universal Credit
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT where VAT is applicable. A limited means-tested bursary may be available across the fees in this schedule, subject to eligibility, available bursary funds and assessment of household circumstances. Families receiving Universal Credit are welcome to apply and may use current award evidence as part of a means-tested bursary application, but receipt of Universal Credit does not automatically guarantee an award. Applicants should contact WINA before registration or booking where possible; supporting evidence may be requested and applications are considered confidentially.
